Founded in the mid-19th century, Harlequins Rugby Club is based just outside Twickenham, London, where they play at a stadium called The Stoop. With thousands of fans attending local matches, the atmosphere is electric, and the club's strong academy system has produced many important international players.
The Harlequins Replica Ball is based on the design of the official match ball, but has been personalized for Harlequins with their wide range of colors and well-known logo. The replica balls feature a high-quality, grippy surface for excellent ball handling all year round, and the synthetic latex bladder provides excellent air retention, whether the ball is on display at home or used for training in the garden.
Pick-up
After placing an order, it is possible to pick up the item at one of our stores without any shipping costs. The product page indicates whether the item is in stock at the desired location (Bussum or Leiden). If the item is not in stock there, please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over €50. The shipping costs for an order are €5.95 for an address in the Netherlands and €5.95 for shipping to Belgium. If an order is placed on a business day before 4:00 PM, you will receive the package the next day (this does not apply to training equipment such as tackle bags). Exceptions to this are weekends and holidays. Due to periodic high volume at PostNL, it may happen that your package is sent on time, but unfortunately delivered later.
All orders are shipped via PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace number of the shipped package by email.
Returns
If an ordered item is not to your satisfaction, it can be returned to Rugbymagazijn within 30 days of receipt. Fill in the return form that you received with the item. Once the package has been received and processed by us, we will immediately refund the purchase amount. The shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense and are not reimbursed by Rugbymagazijn.
Exchanges
If the item you ordered is not the right size, you can exchange it. Fill in the return form that you received with the item. Please clearly specify which size you would like to receive. Once we have received the returned item, we will send the correct size. The shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense. We do not charge shipping costs for sending the desired size.
Rugbymagazijn is located in Bussum. If you prefer to exchange or return the item yourself, this is possible. Check our opening hours to avoid disappointment.
