Collection
After placing your order, you can collect it free of charge from our store in Bussum. The product page indicates whether an item is currently in stock at our Bussum store. If the item is not available there, please feel free to contact us to discuss the available options.
Shipping
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. Orders to Belgium are shipped with DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow your shipment.
Shipping is free on orders over €75. Shipping costs are €6.95 for deliveries within the Netherlands and €7.50 for deliveries to Belgium. Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are usually delivered the next business day. This does not apply to training equipment such as tackle bags. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, delivery may take longer than usual due to delays at our carriers.
Returns
You can easily register your return within 30 days of receiving your order through our return portal. Log in using your order number and email address, then follow the steps. You can choose to return your parcel with DHL, DPD or PostNL. The return costs depend on the carrier you select and will be clearly shown during the return process. You are also welcome to return your order free of charge at our store in Bussum.
If you would like a different size or another item, we recommend returning your order through the return portal and placing a new order via our website or purchasing the item in our store. Due to our fast-moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size or item will still be available by the time we receive your return. Placing a new order ensures you have the best chance of securing the item while stock is available.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days and refund the purchase amount.
